Abstract Information
All abstracts for oral or poster presentations must be submitted
online. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 1 August
2016. Late abstracts will not appear in the program. The
descriptions of abstract requirements and guidelines for composing
and submitting abstracts for orals and posters are given below.
Abstracts for orals and posters will be available online and in
printed form at the symposium. There will be 12 minutes (including
questions) allocated for each oral presentation. Please Note we
have not designated themes for the presentations. Suggested themes
are:
In-water Biology,
Nesting Biology,
Genetics and Population Biology,
Conservation Management and Policy,
Indigenous Cultural Studies,

Other.
Not all themes may attract presentations and some themes may be
combined and renamed to fit the program. The Planning Committee
will allocate the abstracts and presentations into the most
appropriate session dealing with similar topics. The title of your
presentation and the abstract should indicate clearly the
content of your presentation or poster.
